Here are the requirements if you plan to acquire a property thru Pagibig or Bank Financing.

Proof of Billing
Certificate of Employment with Compensation details (notarized)
1 month Latest Payslip
ITR 2316 Form
Latest Residence Cert (Cedula)
ESAV (if Pagibig)
PDC (Post Dated Checks)

FOR OFW
4pcs 1x1 ID Picture
